The M-Vac forensic DNA collection system consists of a durable unit (SEC) and 4 primary and several more secondary consumables.  Agencies that plan on utilizing the M-Vac often should consider purchasing more consumables as volume discounts can be offered.  Most agencies do start off with 20-30 collections worth of consumables, however, so if you are not sure, start there.
